What job features related to motivation are highlighted? What type of employees do you think the companies will attract with these jobs? Use Herzberg’s Motivation-Hygiene Theory and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs to support your answer. Accordingly, apply Self-determination Theory to explain how the job features you find have an affect on extrinsic rewards and intrinsic motivation.
