The purpose of this report is to address real and practicable problems taking place within the domestic airline company, Virgin Blue by applying the management theories and concepts imposed in the lecture. This report finds that Virgin Blue has an advantage in its low cost ticket, yet this should not keep the organization from innovation and creativity. The report will present the full analysis on the organization behavior, including planning, organizing, leading and controlling on Virgin Blue. Through the report, a better comprehension on the theories has been achieved, and more capable to apply what have learned to real life as well. This report is going to analyse the case given of Virgin Blue on the basis of information gotten from the interviews within the Virgin Blue. The purpose of this report is to apply what has been learned in the lecture on the theories and concepts on the management to what has been occurred in the real life, referring the issues and problems confronted by Virgin Blue in terms of organization behaviour. Virgin Blue is an Australian airline company, which provides low costs flights and good services. It has the limitation in the information gained. At last, the conclusion and recommendation will be drawn naturally.
