Gender scholars have tried continuously to document and explain the changing communities and identities throughout the world and have found themselves surprised by their discoveries.  There are still communities that embrace negative gender stereotypes and show such sentiments through norms and practices in their way of life.


This narrative’s central thesis focuses on why gender beliefs have not transformed much over the years, despite the efforts of liberals to rectify the injustices of gender stereotyping and discrimination.

A. The theories that come about from the narrative may revolutionize the Academe; however, these ideas are old news to the communities who inspired them to begin with.

C. Although significant change needs more than just a few zealous individuals, it requires a massive shift in people’s attitudes.
