containers. The specification limits are 26.0± 0.8 g.
Develop the appropriate (3 sigma) control charts for these readings to measure the
central and variation tendencies (both x and R charts). Also, comment on the process
capability. (10 marks)
2. Table 2 gives the number of complaints received by operators per week for 30 weeks.
Develop the appropriate (3 sigma) control charts and comment on any assignable
causes you observe. (10 marks)
