Coaching and mentoring are enacted as a cyclical process where teachers and coaches work together to improve student learning. The coaching/mentoring process must be a collaborative effort where ideas are shared and goals for improvement are readily achievable. Coaches and mentors also need to be able to gauge the organizational climate, gather data about challenges faced by stakeholders, and account for understanding of and readiness for new initiatives and change. In this assignment, you will explore the integration of collaboration, coaching, and mentoring as they relate to bringing about lasting change.
